Kathy has been buying, selling and renovating properties for over 20 years.

With a keen visual sensibility and a love of the 'transformation process' that occurs when creating beautiful spaces, it has been a natural transition to combine these interests to form KSM Style.

Kathy has qualifications in Colour & Design, Colour Consulting and Interior Styling from The School of Colour & Design Sydney, and has also completed the Real Estate Licensing Course from the Real Estate Institute Sydney.
